PINS AND NEEDLES is from Los Angeles, CA. Their unique blend of 80s punk, post-punk and deathrock has quickly earned them a reputation in the LA scene. Playing many great venues in LA and NY with bands like the Deep Eynde and Nina Hagen.
This debut album was produced by the legendary Barry Galvin (Christian Death/Mephisto Walz) and provides a wide sample of PINS AND NEEDLES artistic diversity. This is not the typical debut, PINS AND NEEDLES have crafted a slew of original songs each having their own character but still confined in that unique sound that is PINS AND NEEDLES.

Strong music played with taste

Pins and Needle plays a great death rock/gothic tasting of good old times but with all the modern twchnique and skills. Surprising sound, powerful bass and guitars, obsessive voice which will please your dark ear. Listen and howl!

a blissfully dark post-new wave sound

If you appreciate bands like Blue Peter, Breeding Ground or Bauhaus, this CD will be a welcome add to your collection. I grew up on Toronto radio in the 80's and this CD would have fit in any mix of punk, new wave, goth, etc. they played back then. A welcome update to familiar sounds. . .
