PIPSQUEAK is a Seattle Acoustic punk rock legend! This Cd is long overdue. And everyone in town is very excited about it. Jerome Sosa and his guitar Elizabeth are PIPSQUEAK! I first saw PIPSQUEAK perform at a punk show here in Seattle at Zaks Tavern (now The Funhouse) -Jerome got up there and performed his set between hardcore punk/metal bands and everyone in the room watched his whole set and cheered! I was amazed! How could a guy playing an acoustic guitar at a show like this not get heckled? The answer is just PIPSQUEAK -To see his amazing live set is to know Jerome. It is fantastic and full of heart. I had to put out a CD for this guy! This CD is great! It captures all the heart felt during a live performance. Jerome also sings for the Seattle punk band SNUGGLE. And Snuggle features members from SKARP(Alternative Tentacles Records).
PIPSQEAK previously self-released a Cd in 2002 titled UNHAPPY HOUR -This cd was included in THE STRANGER Magazines' NORTHWEST TOP 20 (bestsellers at local independent record stores) twice. It was #16 in the Dec. 26th issue and #20 in the Nov.21 issue. That cd is out of print.
