Pirate Eye Patch was born in 2002 in the quaint but effective Kitchen Studios of Indian Trail, NC. PEP is the brainchild of producer Bryan Verrone. He is originally from Washington DC, attended Hight Point University where he studied English communications and Art. Bryan married and moved to the Charlotte, NC suburbs with his wife and 3 daughters. He began the brainstorm project PEP as an outlet for his creative ability and natural affinity for beats. Bryan utilized instruments from all genres to creat an innovative, creative, jazzy directive, and introspective piece of audible art. The rhythms of PEP are drawn from an appreciation for across-the-board captivating sounds. Verrone encompasses his love for jazz, blue grass, hip-hop, Latin and techno musical genres to create an experimental sample of what could be termed Elated Sound Experience!
Genuine soul driven by a superlative collaboration of beats and ryhthms. This album is multi-textured and unpredictable; the sound is unexpected, edgy and delightful. Very fresh approach! Produced and performed by Bryan Verrone.

Beats for sale? I'll take eleven please!
Pirate Eye Patch has released a strangely catchy group of songs here. It's one of those albums that can pretty much make anyone bob their head. Occasionally it sounds like disorganized noise, but never feels messy or pretentious. Jazzy instrumentation mixed with hip-hop beats make for mainstream accessibility, but there is complexity underneath the surface that should make multiple listenings worthwhile. I highly recommend it.

When I started the first track- I thought, now this is different, but I can still feel that groove- The beats are moving. Straight through, this CD is slammin!! If your up for a ride, you gotta get this disc- I don't know why any of tracks haven't shown up on a soundtrack yet- Great vibe-
