I saw this CD online & I figured I'd purchase it & try it out. Little did I know it would be one of the best small investments I could ever make for myself! My job is very stressful, and I was looking for a CD that I could listen to to help myself unwind after a long day. The CD leads the listener into wonderful relaxation methods that anyone could easily get into. In fact, sometimes when I listen to it, it helps me drift off to sleep! I wish I could thank Barry in person for such a wonderful CD. I strongly suggest that anyone who is interested in relaxation to check this one out...a definite winner!!
