Three classics by Duke, Big John Special from the Fletcher Henderson Orchestra plus our trombonist John "T-Bone" Paxton singing After You've Gone and Wrap Your Troubles in Dreams as sung by special guest guitarist Colton Weatherston, in from Pittsburgh. The Planet D Nonet out of Detroit is a unique band for sure! 20's/30's trad & swing, 40's jump & even the avant sounds of Sun Ra. All in one nine peice band! Old School is our sixth release.
