Play-along tracks are pre-recorded accompaniments for jazz musicians. Each track leaves musical space for the user to "fill in" or play-along. These trio tracks are intended for use by all horn players (saxophones, woodwinds, trumpet, trombone, all other brass), string players, vocalists, guitarists, vibraphonists.
Be sure to click the FREE CHART link to download the chord changes used for these tracks; they're available in C, Bb and Eb transpositions.
If you play bass or piano, you might want to purchase our Blues Play-Along Tracks specifically mixed without your instrument present so that you can create that part for yourself with the proper accompaniment. To do that, please visit www.playjazznow.com
Each track has our live trio (piano, acoustic bass and drums) playing the standard jazz blues for about 4 minutes. There's one track for each key so you can practice the same progression all over your instrument's range. These tracks are for intermediate level players.
Our play-along tracks are great for helping you master the fundamentals of jazz improvisation — and you get to play with a world class professional rhythm section.
