Penguins On A Rock, "West" is the first of a set of 4 CD’s exploring musical & lyrical directions.

"West" was recorded over a 10 year period and features members of the great country rock unit, Cactus Choir.
...and an incredible supporting cast of singers, and instrumentalists, including the great Don Helms (Hank Williams Sr.) pedalsteel on The Prospector.

The wonderful cover art for Penguin's on a Rock "West", was created by fellow songwriter, Jonathan Jordan (West of Arizona).

This is the 3rd solo record from Jack Fischer.
Previous records include English progressive rock duo Epstein/Fischer’s "Two Faced" (now only found in vintage record shops)
and "Pieces of the Past".
