/94, Kobi and Matt start a band w/ Brad. Keith joins. We're young, we're having fun, we're in love with Velocity Girl and Versus. 2 tours, 3 records (all singles). Each set contains great hooks, lots of dancing and plenty of show ending noise. 11/95, Kobi decides to leave. 01/96, Susie joins. We're still young, we're still having fun, we're still in love... this time w/ Superchunk, Yo La Tengo and the like. 1 tour, 2 singles (one w/ our friends, Braid!), a full length, a song on Volume 1 of the Emo Diaries, and a tear-filled final show on 2/21/98. Each set contains lots of guitar, more great hooks, and still plenty of show ending noise (with a possible appearance by Pohgoh's alter-egos, Killer Party!).
Fast forward a few years... We are married, we are engaged, we are an attorney, we are a parent, we are still loving music more than ever. Pohgoh changed all of our lives... it has never left us. And now we celebrate 4 years of sweat and tears (no blood), with a brand new 19 song discography containing every song ever released by the band on one CD, including early rare singles w/ original singer, Kobi!
REVIEWS:
“…filled with clever hooks and personal lyrics, impeccably well done and wonderfully remastered. This one is highly recommended.” – Delusion of Adequacy
“Through 19 tracks on All Along, you really get the feel as to just what this band was all about. Making solid indie rock songs, with beautiful female vocals leading the way. There‘s some choruses so catchy that just listening will make you feel guilty.” – Punknews.org
“Songs featuring first vocalist Kobi Finley are tougher and more immediate, while Susie Richardson’s tracks have a floating, time-stands-still quality. Both make this an essential purchase not only for emo lovers but for fans of 1990’s indie-guitar rock in general” – The Tampa Tribune

Solid Album, Great Price
author: Dustin Koontz
I didn't see this up for download anywhere so I just had to buy this. It collects all of Pohgoh's works and if you've heard them at all then there's nothing more you could ask for. If you haven't heard it before think American Football sort of stuff (the post-emo/midwest emo scene) but with a female vocalist.

Well Worth Your Money
author: Briana
This is a great CD. Lots of melodies, catchy hooks - it\'s fun music. The kind you hum absently, the kind that gets stuck in your head, the kind that you can listen to years from now and feel an odd affection for. The lyrics are, mostly, simple and easy to understand. In a few cases (\"Kandy Koated Cisses,\" \"Superlife\") their levity is borderline silliness. But, that\'s still something to admire. There\'s more than enough music out there that takes itself too seriously. Stand out tracks include \"Friend X\", \"All Along\", \"Stateline\" and \"Closer to the Truth\"
This is a CD definitely worth your money.
