Vocalist Karen Michalson doesn't so much sing as she does chant and it works superbly for their style of light, melodic prog rock. Spoken word and chants fit in beautifully under the storytelling guise of the music. With excellent guitar riffs trailing throughout the CD, guitarist Bill Michalson brings a touch of heaviness and a dark edge to the music. . . .
