Earwave Records is proud to announce the release of "Tomorrow Never Knows", the new solo CD by Dave Pomeroy.
This innovative and unique album further explores the concept of "all-bass" music Dave began with his groundbreaking 1996 CD "Basses Loaded" and concert video "The Day The Bass Players Took Over The World".
It is truly a "solo" effort, as Dave performed every note on the record, using 33 different electric and acoustic basses and his voice to create a one man "All-Bass Orchestra".
"This record represents the latest chapter in my ongoing quest to extract as much music as possible out of the bass", says Dave.
"All of these instruments have unique sounds, and combined with various effects devices and a few 'unusual' playing and recording methods, I tried to create a special sonic atmosphere for each tune.
This group of songs is near and dear to my heart, and I am very happy with how these interpretations came out.
This project was a challenge, but ultimately a very rewarding one.
I'm looking forward to sharing this music with the rest of the world.
Thanks for listening - enjoy the journey!"
