Poobah,

Good to see you, Pard. Been enjoying myself in here listening. As usual, I have to agree with our dear loving friend, Merle Kilgore. You are one of the best. Did you know he endured physical pain just to come hear and support you at your shows? That was because he was more than your friend and manager. He really appreciated your kind of talent as hard to find; and he loved to watch you perform. Now that was the kind of manager to have! He knew a good thing when he saw it. Keep writing those ballads and I look forward to working with you again soon.

Good As It Gets!
I'm in the process of listening to this CD for the second time and I'm reminded of my first instinct...........Don Mealer is a COUNTRY CLASSIC, A LIVING LENDEND in my book. I look forward to meeting him soon, picking and grinning, sharing the stage wit da man on down life's highway.
