If electroclash had melody, if simple pop music had attitude... This was the basis for the creation of Pool Waitress. What you get sounds cold: pure electronics, dispassionate female and male vocals, but yet, it is served on a tray of perculating electro rhythms deviod of techno cliches and with an appeal the masses can enjoy.
Pool Waitress has the feel of electroclash, but its an album that won't offend anybody. Emphasis was placed on song writing, not gimmicks. The overall attitude is upbeat and driving. Go ahead...dive into the pool.

A Work With No Age!
author: Salvatore Mono
The sound here is simple and complicate at the same time.
The beautiful voice seems to comment the intensity of what comes out from the electronic instruments.
This album is not romantic but full of sentiment, not hot but with fire inside, not sweet but elegant and in a certain way aggressive too.
Something for the past future and for the future to come!

Reall really really great!
author: SynthGurl
I had my doubts about yet another electroclash band on the scene. But after hearing some samples, I figured I would give it a try. I like good electroclash and synthpop. This album is one of my favorites now! It is so well done. If you are an electroclash fan. Or even if you are a synthpop electropop fan, or a club-music fan, this cd is a must-have for your collection. I have the dj at my local club playing it too now. Fun, smart and totally danceable. Buy it!

Really impressive, well put together
author: Nina C
Wonderful synth programming and crisp production. Aggressive lyrics and good vocals. They avoid the repetitiveness of melody that is so irritatingly common with many retro electronic bands. A very good CD well recommended by this old electronic music chick (from the days of Kraftwerk and Joy Division). Cool name too!
