POPGUN has been somewhat of a side-project for Drummer Palle and Bassman Egil since the late 90`s, only release being an EP in 1999, but in 2004 they decided it was about time to get focused and kick some real ass!
The song "Why is it?" was recorded and ended up on a promo-release for Norwegian Broadcasting Corp, Channel P3, and got POPGUN on the list of "the 10 most exiting bands in Norway" in 2004.
The summer of 2006 the band released the album " A Day and a Half in Half a Day" on their own label, Stack Records.
The song "Mr. Unconcerned" got its` share of airplay on Norwegian Radio P3, and the video for "Sunset in Reverse" rolled on TV- channel ZTV.
POPGUN released their 2nd album, titled "Manic Anti-Depressive" on WildPunkRecords of Spain in November 2008, to actually nothing but great reviews!! Dig that!!
