This CD is a tribute to the fabulous contributions horns and horn sections have made to American music. I never played in a band without horns, even when guitars were all the rage, because those instruments added so much variety, strength and funk to Americana Music. From Jazz, R&B, Soul, Blues,
Country and Rock ‘n Roll, horns sour above the band with brilliant solos and
kick the band up a notch with driving horn section funk.
So, to all the horn players out there, this one’s for you.
