Album Notes

Pop Sky is a four piece rock band from the Bay Area, California. The band first officially formed itself in 1998, although several members of the band had been playing together for several years prior to that. While the band first began doing covers with an emphasis on the music of U2, it wasn't long before they began work on original pieces, thus transforming into a mix of mainstream rock, pop, and punk music. Yet the music still retained it's individual sound, unique to those that created it. The band's debut album, "User Friendly," was intended to encompass that very idea of being friendly to the listener. The eleven tracks on the CD feature catchy tunes that all can enjoy, and feature a little bit of something for everyone.
