Album Notes

Heart felt, angry, entertaining, witty, and straight to the point. These are a few words that describe this lyricist who calls himself P.O.S.T.A.L. (Praying Over Situations That Always Linger). This Detroit native 's latest release, Finally I Speak, demonstrates his ability to become one of the strongest new voices in the rap game today. As the first artist released on the up and coming Trifacta label, P.O.S.T.A.L. has been quoted as saying, "I can't come weak". "Not only can the artists on this label spit, but they are creative and talented as well".

Artists P.O.S.T.A.L. has worked with:
Detroit: Dice, Big Nasty, God's Poet, Mo Copafeel, Big O, Kelli, Undataka, SKW, and G-Bai (R.I.P.)
St.Louis: Jay-Love, Bashal, Snacks, and Mista G
Atlanta: Ralo, SYT, Bela, and Cedric
New York: Yejide The Night Queen

Artists performed with: Fat Joe, M.C. Breed, Big Mook(Ft. Wayne,IN), and Krone Dolo(SW Detroit)

In a recent interview P.O.S.T.A.L. was quoted saying, "There's not enough strong lyricists on the radio". "Congress should pass a bill to put some stipulations on that freedom of speech thing". "I mean it's cool to floss but, do we have to hear about your rims and jewelry on the whole CD"? "Is that all you do everyday, kill people and floss your material"? " There have to be days when you're sad, stressed, feel like crying, or just talk to God for a minute". "All I'm saying is, speak about it, because you never know whose heart can get touched".

I usually don't listen to rap, but one of my co-workers was listening to this CD and I was totally surprise. There is some cuts that make you just think about life in general. Keep up the good work and I will be looking out for that second CD.

I got the CD not knowing what to expect but Postal's Finally I speak put me on game about this Detroit native. His witty punchlines kept me entertained and his microphone presence was as strong as a Scarface. I love this niggaz's voice, it is strong and assertive. My favorite song is Hazardous... he ripped that shit.
