Suddenly you wake up and realize that many years have passed by. The passage of time is most easily illuminated for me by the boxes of tapes, cassettes, Dats, and CDR's that crowd the corners of my home and studio, all full of music and ideas. But the four CD's I released over the last 15 years stand out as the work I am proudest of. From these CD's, one solo, two with the great band "Little Blue", and one with it's acoustic version "A Little Less Blue" (with Jeff Pevar), I have put together some of my favorites here and called this compilation, "UNTIL YOU GET HERE". I have had the great honor of working with some of the finest musicians in the world, many of whom appear on this CD, including JENNIFER WARNES, JOHN OATES, ERIC JOHNSON, ROBBEN FORD, WARREN HAYNES, GLEN FREY and many others. In addition to a busy performance schedule, I am currently producing records and scores with my partners Tom Petty drummer STEVE FERRONE and Grammy winning producer JOHN IDRIS JONES. After all this time I'm still playing, still writing, still feel most at home with a guitar in my hands.
