Potjiekos literally means "little pot food" in Afrikaans, one of the many languages spoken in the country of South Africa. Potjiekos is traditionally cooked in a pot outside over an open fire. The ingredients used can be as varied and diverse as the African people!Potjiekos music has a little bit of everything in it and is VERY tasty! SAY IT! Poy-kee-kose!
