In the early days, Pretty Balanced spent a long lazy while not having a bass player. In the bedroom recording studio, there was a party with a cello and some sneaky electronics. Piano, violin and drums still constituted the core and people still mistook the songs for obscure musical theater numbers.
Somehow listeners still clamor for this, the flighty duo\'s first official release: a haphazard collection of tunes, warbles, and phat beets that inexplicably broke Pretty Balanced out of the local band arena and into a strange, unexplained international underground network of musical appreciation.
