Album Notes

"Jeremy Proctor is one of those guys who make it look easy."
- Daryll Steardan, The Winnipeg Sun

"Absolutely Stellar! There are some great songs on this disk." Liz Clayton, UMFM, Winnipeg

"This guy knows how to write songs and that's what really matters in this business." - Bart Kives, Winnipeg Free Press

Jeremy Proctor has been called "one of Winnipeg's favorite Folk Acts," and "One of the best storytellers around." His music has been referred to as handsome, gritty, honest, intricate, strong and passionate. He was "one of this year's success stories...(2002)" at The Winnipeg Folk Festival, and has since played for audiences in Toronto at Hugh's Room, at The Black Sheep Inn in Wakefield, and Nashville, TN for the 2003 Folk Alliance Conference. Winner of the 1997 BC Festival of the Arts Songwriting program's songwriting competition, Jeremy has shown and continues to show an aptitude for performing and a dedication to music that can only lead to further successes.

"Jeremy Proctor is a talented artist who successfully mixes a razor-sharp wit and an appreciation for wordplay with sadness and introspection. It's his words that first made, and continue to make, the strongest impression on me. I was completely drawn in by the songs on this record; (Sundays and Mondays) they make me wish that he came to play in Ontario more often." - Rachel Jagt (www.rambles.net)
