Album Notes

Profetik, native from Columbus Ohio, raised in a two parent home where his father showed him the standard of respect for women, and knowledge of the streets that he was raised in. Profetik grew up in the inner city with a strong love for hip hop and his African American heritage and people.

Profetik’s father was once a member of the Black Panther Party, always teaching Profetik to be conscience of the black community. Profetik has a very political side and a very street side. Profetik rhymes about what his life has shown him, the streets, the black man’s struggle, and his relationship with his lady. His music is a refection of his life's travels.
