Progress is a 5-piece melodic hardcore band hailing from Waterbury Connecticut, that consists of former members of such bands as Invocation Of Nehek, Own Life, and When Freedom Dies. The band is known for their aggressively fast and technical sound. Their recent release "Autonomy", conveys a progressive combination of both newer school punk and hardcore influence, while lyrically signifying the deteriorating ingenuity of today's social norms.
