THE PROPHET X BIOGRAPHY 2006
THE BACKGROUND
The Prophet X is a Gospel Rap artist based in Los Angeles CA. He has been involved in Gospel Rap Ministry for over 6 years. As a Christian he believes and testifies that Jesus Christ is the one and only Son of God. His music and his life are based on this belief.
THE MESSAGE
The Prophet X brings a very strong biblical message to his listeners, in fact the majority of the rap and spoken word lyrics are directly taken from the scriptures. Even though this music is considered “Hip Hop”, The Prophet X does not taint the message by adding “Hip Hop” to it. The message that he delivers is also clear and concise. The Prophet X brings a message that is very much needed in these troubled times.
THE MUSIC
The music is all original west coast based rap with some moderate rock influences. Musically the tracks are designed to reach out and grab you and hold you captive while The Prophet X reveals ancient mysteries from the bible, and teaches the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Great c.d.
author: James Harrar
I got this for my son, he's into rap, and we checked this out together here at c.d. Baby before I bought it and agreed that it has a nice rough edge, it reminds me a little bit of "Busta Rhymes" and nowadays when most Christian rap seems to be overly polished and sound so much like so many other Christian rap projects; this c.d. breaks out with an attitude and with a tough message about God that hits you where you live.
