Jack Prybylski
Window Shopping

Jack Prybylski is one of Western New York’s premier jazz players and a nine-time recipient of the Buffalo Music Awards top saxophonist award. He has released seven albums with Buffalo-based eclectic jazz group Them Jazzbeards and shared stages with top names like Richard Elliott, David Sanborn, The Rippingtons, and Spyro Gyra. In 2001 he received critical acclaim for his solo debut “Soho Strut.”

Spring 2006 • Jack is back with “Window Shopping,” a talent-packed testament to some of the finest work in contemporary Smooth Jazz. Produced by renowned player/producer Ken Navarro, “Window Shopping” sparkles with fresh compositions like “I Need You”, “Santa Faustina”, and “Window Shopping”, while giving inspired treatment to Stevie Wonder's "I Wish" and “Space Lion” from the Japanese anime series "Cowboy Bebop." Also featured are "Bright Spot," written by Navarro and featuring his guitar work, and the vocal track "Don't Say No" written by Grammy-nominated composer Travis Milner (Will Downing, Gerald Levertt).

Jack’s instantly appealing music and strong sound make Window Shopping one of the best independent releases this year.
