Formed in the Fall of 2000, PRYMARY has worked under the idea of working hard for their passion. The group has just finished its debut album and are preparing to promote and tour, and continue to bring their music to the masses. PRYMARY draws their influences from Hard Rock, Pop, Metal, Classical, and Jazz but mainly draws influence from Progressive Rock.

PRYMARY consists of five very distinct and talented players who draw together a very unique and exciting chemistry. Drummer, Chris Quirarte began the band and is the chief lyricist in the group. Chris' high school and private studies have given him the necessary tools to help contribute to the song writing of the group. Bassist, James Sherwood joined the group very early on and has developed a very up front and eclectic playing style. Something of a prodigy, James has been responsible for a lot of the music in the band. Guitarist, Sean Entrikin is just the right player to compliment the band. His very easy-going personality is a saving grace in high tension situations. Vocalist, Mike DiSarro is the voice of PRYMARY and carries a lot of the identity of the band with his vocals. Mike has impeccable vocal range and gives out consistently good performances. Keyboardist, Smiley Sean who had studied with Derek Sherinian was the last to join the band. Smiley has brought a greater sense of melody to the group and is responsible for a lot of the orchestrations within the songs.

Their compositions stretch the boundaries of the 3 minute pop song, reaching epic proportions. Included on the album is the epic "Roads Of Fire" which clocks in at 25 minutes. Shorter compositions balance the album out making it an experience meant to be taken through one stretch rather than short listens. As 2003 comes around, PRYMARY prepares to take to the road, to promote their debut album and draw people to their sound. The sky is the limit.
