Compiled for music lovers who occasionally look for a CD that is high energy from start to finish, doesn't slow down for the ballads, here are selections from our January 31st performance at the Pabst and the concert at Northern Lights Theater on April 26th, both in 2003. All are high impact tunes with a twist - the special treatment that is characteristic of the Paul Spencer Band.

Straight No Chaser by Thelonius Monk is played over an "F Blues" chant in a Charleson groove.
