Post-Industrial Techno-Hippie Art Rock.
Public Jones delivers a compelling blend of lyrical depth, solid grooves, cinematic elements
and glimpses of 80’s synth-pop all rolled into a crunchy electro-rock wrapper, The band defy
convention with their new album, The Fall, dancing between moody, melodic pop and aggressive,
overdriven emotion.

This first full-length effort is the home-grown creation of Asghar Husain and Peter Kerekes,
a Los Angeles-based writing/production team. Public Jones’ live shows fuse the musical with
the visual and theatrical to create unique performances all over the US, including South by Southwest,
with tours in the UK, and Europe.

* Winner of Best Alternative Artist 2010 Hollywood Music in Media Awards
* Artist of the Month March 2011 by The Deli Magazine
* Video Pick of the Week for "Alright" by San Francisco Bay Guardian
* Played on KCRW radio, Moheak radio - Los Angeles, and Recharged radio - London
