Pulszar hail from the small town of Maghera in Mid-Ulster, Northern Ireland. "Nightmares" is a limited edition 482 Music US release comprised of the band's second and third UK singles for Schism Records.

Their first release, Get With The Program - a limited edition 7 inch vinyl - was available only through the Schism newsletter and website, yet all 800 copies were sold out within a month of release.

The second release, Can't Help, received great press reviews as well as support at Irish national and regional radio stations.
