ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The Punknecks (originally named Jason and the Punknecks) formed in Hollywood, CA by Jason Alan Price. Coining the term Punkneck was a reaction to being a punk-rocker growing up around redneck environments in the South. Jason was born in Kentucky and raised in Texas and Tennessee. It was a Ripley's Believe It Or Not world record that eventually led him to Hollywood. After a few years in Los Angeles, he and bandmate Polly, left to begin a life on the road. The Punknecks have been traveling to bars across America for 11 years. Their songs reflect the drinking, drugging, traveling and road life they experience.
