ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Quese Imc,

is a native american emcee based out of boyle heights, East Los Angeles. Growing up between the Pawnee Indian Reservation and Oklahoma City, Quese Imc at a young age embraced early eighties hiphop. Growing up listening to Run D.M.C and Public Enemy, Quese was influenced in roots hiphop. Later on he embraced the sounds of a Tribe called Quest to Mos def. Quese Imc\' sound is a mixture between early Tribe and Mos Def. With a melodic delivery and uncanny approach to his cadence on the mic, Quese delivers social political conscious rhymes about the struggles and beauties of being a young native american rapper. He talks about the attrocities done to his native american people all the way to modern day issues of being an underground hiphop emcee. Quese has performed with the likes of Cee-lo, Run D.M.C, Clipse, Ludacris and atmosphere to name a few. Quese Imc is an emcee that the world will soon know about due to his detailed and almost spiritually moving drive and delivery through his voice. The stories that Quese Imc portrays through rhyme paints a picture for the listeners mind, thus allowing them to feel a sense of relationship to his music. The listeners from all backgrounds will possibly relate to the stories of Quese Imc. This is Spiritual Movement Music for those wanting something more out of their stereo. Quese Imc is your friend, your companion, the one that will listen to you while you listen to him. It seems he\'s already connected with the listeners without ever really knowing them or meeting them. These stories told through his music are the links between an artist and his listeners, for Quese Imc tells stories of the people. People in pain, People in love. People wanting change and People seeking the same. Quese Imc represents his Native American Heritage in his music. Being from the Pawnee and Seminole Tribe, Quese Imc is very much proud and honored to be another voice for his people. For far too long people have spoken for Native Americans in this country, now its time a young native american emcee speak for his own people through hiphop.

it\'s really refreshing to hear good hip hop without it being all about sex & money - there\'s way too much of that nowadays. great album!

Quese IMC is one of the most talented artists I have ever heard. He puts a lot of passion and feeling into his music. He is very easy on the eyes also. I hope he has a very long and successful career. Keep up the great work!!!
