Album Notes

Bursting onto the scene in 2006, RadioRadio remains committed to the origins of its name. Taken from the Elvis Costello song, this Midwestern quartet projects the kind of highbrow pop sensibility associated with groups such as Snow Patrol, The Killers and David Bowie.

RadioRadio’s highly anticipated debut album ‘Watch ‘Em All Come Runnin’, garnered critical acclaim and found a broad audience with the attention of commercial radio. In 2008 RadioRadio toured regionally in support of their tightly knit E.P. ‘Alarm 1, Alarm 2’, winning fans from Chicago to Houston with their unfailingly fine-tuned performances.

The band's sponsored showcase at SXSW and subsequent collaboration with Grammy nominated engineer Mark Needham (The Killers, Pete Yorn) on the single remix of ‘BBC’, has only solidified their position as one of the region’s premier original acts.

With influences taken from their formative years, RadioRadio has fused today's rock with heroes from their past. Common ground for the band includes acts like The Call, Joy Division, My Bloody Valentine, STP, Nine Inch Nails, Talk Talk, and U2. The result is a band that is relevant yet unique.
