This is without a doubt my favorite CD. Before I met Alex and his accomplice miss Woodford I thought acoustic music was either old or what the music community calls "unpluged". This music opened my eyes to another world. I've never heard a greater range or depth of emotion in recorded music. This is one of the few CD's that I can say I like all the songs. Alex's voice has one of the better ranges I've heard. Particularly in the "Two Stories" song. Buy two copies of the CD and gove one to a friend.

Yes Yes Yes!

This disc is an impressive first album... The instrumentation is excellent. The arrangements are daring, and bridge the gap between the singer-songwriter folk scene and good old fashioned rock and roll. All in all it is a fun record (awesome driving music) with some beautifully poingant moments. Alex Radus' voice is STELLAR. I can't wait to hear the next one!

The songs on this CD are very eclectic, showing much variety in the artist's songwriting ability. Alex' guitar playing is beautiful, as is his voice. The harmonies on the CD are well put together and the CD is very entertaining. I can't wait to hear the next one!

I love this CD and the horns are amazing. Alex really has talent for song arrangement, and although his harmonies are not familiar, they sound great. The first song "Velvet" is a sure bet for airplay on any radio station in the USA. Alex has a solid lineup of musicians on his recording who I am sure would put on a great live performance as well. This music is upbeat in tempo and you never feel lost or bored. Get this CD or you'll be sorry you didn't.
