About the material comprising Heady Grits...
This album is a collection of material deemed most listenable among the recordings I made between 1989-1998. This ten year period is basically me cutting my teeth in composing, songwriting, engineering, producing, and collaborating in and around various project studios. At the time I was also going to music school and beginning my career as a performing musician. Some of these tracks were recorded analog, some digital, some a little bit of both. No over indulgence here but some good songs and interesting bits none the less.
