Album Notes

Rainee was born blind in John Day, Oregon and spent all of her school days in the small town of Lakeview, Oregon. After graduating, she moved to Newberg, spent a year of college, then moved to Portland, where she lived for twelve years. She released her first CD, "Higher Heights," in 2000. She met her husband in 2001, and they married on March 30, 2002. Living in Portland, she was a singer and worship leader at the Downtown House of Prayer and she volunteered at several cat shelters, singing to and spending time with the cats. She and her husband currently reside in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she still continues to sing and is active in their local church, The Fellowship. In her spare time she loves beading, or anything else that allows her hands and mind to stay creative, and spending time with the many friends and family she has in the city.
