Album Notes

The RainMakers were formed in 2003, after a spontaneous request at a friends birthday party.

Since then the RainMakers (Sarah Cottinham and Matt Broughton)
have performed at various venues and have been busy writing and recording their material.

Sarah (who also sings with the Sweet Mona's Gospel Choir) and Matt have just finished recording a 7 track acoustic EP their first CD together, that captures their raw honest sound.

Thier sound is likened to the Waifs, Gillian Welch, and Neil Finn. The music ranges form acoustic roots to a funky bluesy sound, that has a uniquely Australian sound.

The RainMakers are a rhythmic guitar and vocal duo that are sure to quench your thirst for earthy sounds and soaring harmonies.
