A devotional CD based on the ancient Christian teachings of Yeshua. The teachings of Yeshua were brought to India in 52 A.D. by the disciple Thomas (the doubter). Thomas was killed in TamilNadu, India and buried there.
Although today Christanity is a religion of the West, Yeshua was a man of the East and his teachings were mystical and Eastern in origin. Christianity spread to the Western world through the Roman Catholic Empire. In the East the teachings of Yeshua came as “a way of life†thru peace, love, compassion and understanding. Thus Christanity in the East is a means to experience the divine within ones self weather one be Hindu, Muslim, Gay, Lesbian, Indian or American or any other label you may put yourself under. It is similar to the other mystical teachings of the East such as the Yogic, Buddhist, Taoist traditions.
In the West today there is much division and misunderstanding between the Conservative Christians and the Liberals. Both in my opinion do not understand the mystical teachings of Yeshua. There are also wars fought both by conservatives and liberals around the world which involves the misuse of mystical teachings from many spiritual beliefs.
This CD is to help one come closer to their true divine self and to experience the magic of the moment and the experience of God.
This CD is not intended to convert you to any one religion, but to strip you of any illusions about religion or life you may have and to bring you back to your passionate heart.

Listening to Oliver Rajamani's music, I catch musical glimpses of the travels of the Romani people through eastern Europe into Spain. The music is exotic yet comforting. My new favorite!
