When people talk about Raldo and his music the word secret seems to come up a lot ( Raldo Schneider is Iowas' best kept secret) or ( listening to Raldos' music is like being in on a secret).Although Raldo is not one of the better known singer-songwritters in the mid-west, he has one of the most loyal fan bases. People keep coming back to see his show again and again and of late the crowds are getting bigger and more diverse. At one of his recent shows people from 16 to 60 years old were there to appreciate his witty lyrics and melodies that sometimes seem to get stuck in your head. After listening to one of his cds' (he has five releases to date), a common response is; "Lets' listen to that again". The next thing you know your asking around for where you can find another one.
Do you want to be in on a secret? Give Raldo a real close listen. The musicianship is exceptional and the songs all have a message. It's not "scream in your face" music. It's thinking mans music that will have you coming back again.
