Album Notes

Randi Russo has ended up on the wrong side of the tracks…at least when it comes to her guitar-playing. Her fingers ride and glide the rails of strings of a right-handed guitar played upside-down and backwards. REVIEWS

Randi Russo's music is so varied in genre -- I love that!

One of my biggest pet peeves are artists with music that are just "one note" -- with many of the songs sounding so similar. I appreciate Randi Russo's music for not fitting into a mold. My favorite song off her latest is "Ceiling Fire" -- it's just one of those folky, mellow, feel good songs that picks up my spirits. My second favorite is "Where you wanna go". It's Beatlesque/retro-rockish! So different from everything else on the album. I love the title Shout Like A Lady. It's simple yet so poetic. Randi, thank you for your music and poetry!
