Randy Walker plays the harmonica unlike anyone else. Walker achieves a rich, pure, clear sound that has been compared to both a solo violin and a human voice.
Accompanying himself on acoustic guitar, Walker performs original compositions as well as traditional melodies of the Appalachian Mountains and British Isles. This is a fantastic CD! I leave it on all the time. Randy's soulful playing and vocals are light and warm and fill me with peace. Such a pleasant change from hard charging, sloppy "accordion sounding" harmonica found on most cd's. I can't wait for his next album.
