It is a place where Native history is still etched on every desert and mesa, and where the gentle whispers of a proud people still echo in every canyon. A raft trip on the Colorado River, through the Grand Canyon, and a trip to the Four Corners region indelibly etched memories into "Windtalker's" soul; memories that he wanted to capture in music. This CD is a tribute to those people, their heritage, and the land that they call home.
“Canyon Whispers” is a blend of the rich and hauntingly beautiful sound of Native American-style flute with lush orchestration, piano, guitar, cello, and Native percussion.
