Album Notes

The hit “Friends” is just one of the songs written and played by the band RARA AVIS. The lyrics of the song clearly reveal the main characteristics of this group: sincere understanding and harmony among the group members, and a great passion for music which the public discovers during their lively and enthusiastic concerts.
The chosen music genre is a mix of Rock, Pop and Country that is, the result of the different musical experiences and tastes of the group members.
The band is composed by Elisa (vocals), Gianni (guitar), Valter (bass), Andrea (drums), and Davide (keyboards). The group has been playing together in Aosta Valley (Italy) for five years even if the two couples of brothers had already played together for seven years. This long companionship has certainly been important for the harmony and mutual understanding that the band has achieved so far.
The band is constantly working on new songs some of which are collected in this album “LIFE OF A HOMELESS” with 8 original tracks and a unplugged live personal version of the song “Father and Son” (C. Stevens) .
