Dakarai’s reggae/fusion melodies are mellow and have meditational effects. His charismatic approach on his horns (trumpet/fugel-horn/flute) and raspy vocals, similar to Hugh Masakela's inspires audiences-relieving them of stressful emotions and negativity. A phrase he coined, “Reflective Soundz”, epitomizes the positive & peaceful vibrations his music evoke.
