Stumbled on these guys, wide-awake after graveyard mailsorting, letting the universe deliver and all that...and she did! Rathkeltair was the best live band at this summer's Riverbend Festival and their music moved me so much, I made my first actual CD purchase in five years.  Incredible musical ability and a great storyteller's awareness - even if you normally don't purchase CDs, buy this one right now!

The band who played before you had never heard you. I told them to hold on to their hats. the band began & their jaws dropped!  everyone went wild . It was the most impressive display I have seen in a long time.  We need a new cd!  get to it & become rich as if you d it people will buy !!!

I cannot find words to describe seeing these people Live, which I was able to this past weekend in Greensboro, NC.
One of the band's profiles, I read this morning, includes the fact that their piper was called away to serve in Iraq in 2006. Everyone hung together, and I Am Here to Tell You, if you see this band live, You Will Never, Ever forget it.
People were crying.
