Album Notes

This was one of the first indie compilations released in Seattle. The result of an Anarchist collective of artists and musicians who lived in a living and working space called, The Rathouse. A notorious house in the center of Seattle's Capitol Hill.

Many of the bands went on to sign to labels like Sub Pop, Epitaph and Atlantic. These were the first recordings by many of these bands.

A ground breaking compilation and a must listen for any fan of Seattle music.

Oh the good old days. This compilation brought me back to a time in Seattle when all was good. Great fun music being played by loving souls and excellent musicians. If you want to know what it was like to be in Seattle in the late '80's early '90's get this album!!

A great compilation of the Seatle Grunge sound that is still diverse enough to never get old. A must buy for grunge fans.
