Introducing RAYCOOKE Ray Cooke was born in Providece R.I in a time when Rock Music was revolutionalized. Listening to bands like the STONES, BEATLES, ELTON JOHN, and THE DOORS, RAY jumped up and down in his crib and screeched in delight! He was hooked ! Though times were hard for Ray and his family, and hope was often dim, music became a great escape, and later an outlet. Playing electric guitiar to Hendrix albums & ZEPPLIN , Ray found his nitch. As time went by, writing & singing became a key focus. For 10 years Ray layed back , started a family, & tried different occupations, including a successful Volvo repair business, which he left to devote more time to his family and music. Over the years , singing & songwriting became Rays forte. Polishing his talents with an acustic guitiar & pen , Ray has risen above and beyond any expectations. With the release of his 1st CD , " CHASIN THE BLISS ", and performing a solo acustic act, Ray has had rave reviews and is committed to his love, music writing , and performing.
