Album Notes
Ray Martin, Born in Houston Texas, currently living and recording in Europe, never wanted to be a rapper. He was always a dj and beat maker.
A music lover at a young age, grew up on the north side of Houston, a graduate of Kashmere High, to the sounds of Prince,Ghetto Boys, Big Daddy Kane, LL Cool J, Lil Keke to name a few, that would influence him to begin Freestyling, writing and producing.
Formerly of 102.7 Da Bomb in Hawaii, as a on-air personality, is where he started rapping more in clubs and shows, djing, and doing more work as a club mc. Now he feels he is ready to attack the Rap scene, in America and Europe. The long awaited solo EP is, Is It My Turn Yet???, displays Ray Martin´s quick wit, snappy punch lines, rhythmic flow, and ability to reach all ages. Houston roots with and international perspective that gives you Ray Martin.
