Command and Control is a set of principals one should use to guide them through everyday life. It is taking COMMAND of those factors in life which directly affect you and applying positive manipulative input to have CONTROL over the final outcome. Songwriter/producer, Raymond C. Dickerson uses these ideas along with life experiences to inspire others to reach their goals.

A career military officer, Raymond (Ray Charles) C. Dickerson, is the youngest of Andrew and Leola Dickerson's ten children. The son of a sharecropper and domestic housekeeper, he grew up in Thibodaux, LA. Raymond's parents always told him with planning, perseverance, hard work and most importantly faith, you could do anything you want to. Using his parent's advice as his tool, he set out to realize his musicial goals. Using vocalists, Pam Lyles, Andrea Rhodes and Hilda L., with creative assistance from Steve Wilson and Steve Cheeks, he began work on his current project. The recent effort has had very good club response in both the Chicago and Los Angeles markets along with a 55% pick-up on AAA and secondary markets. The CD also broke the Atlantic-Satellite 2500 buyers' market guide posting at 2376 within 3 weeks. Taking these factors info consideration, it is very obvious that Command and Control is about to make a move in the music industry.
