ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
After the release of 2008's "My Soulmate" and 2010's "More," R'Chive is back at it again full throttle with a brand new single entitled "Medicine." Full of thumping bass and dance floor ready synthesizers "Medicine" is guaranteed to keep any dance floor packed. A song of undying love set to an electro pop backdrop makes "Medicine" easily one of this years most interesting and catchy independent singles. The album version of the song comes in with an intro welcoming the listener to the future of love and the future of music which is an apt entrance for the four minute dance number filled with electronic chatter and a can’t-miss kick. R’Chive is at his vocal best as he chants come-on’s such as “Two shots of vodka, it’s the perfect mood. I need a cure tonight, something only she can do.” Followed up with a memorable verse from rapper Yung Jay. While the song is a depart from R’Chive’s previous R&B musical styling it proves that not only is his journey into the world of pop a succesful one it leaves listeners and fans around the world wondering ‘what’s next?’
