Album Notes
Real Mother is more than just another combination of Dayton, Ohio's local musicians. It is the integration of two of Dayton's most powerful song writing forces. World Gone Wrong and Lucky Levin spent years establishing a following for the individual bands. Over time the two bands developed a professional and personal relationship that became the catalyst for what would eventually become Real Mother. After their unfortunate disbanding of WGW and LL some of these friendships began to grow even more. It became obvious that the new band would soon be born.

Real Mother officially formed in July of 2000. The Lineup included Jeremy Knedler (Lucky Levin) on lead vocals and
rhythm guitar, Mark Hamilton (World Gone Wrong) lead guitar, Dave Corn (LL) Drums, and Dave Kimmel (WGW) on Bass and backup vocals. This new lineup quickly proved to be a perfect combination of the two previous bands. With a new found fire Real Mother began writing material that would define the new bands sound.

Right from the start interest began to grow about the new project. Within the first few months of the bands conception they had already accumulated two feature articles in the Impact Weekly and the Dayton Daily News. received over 1,000 hits before the site was officially launched. All of these events occurred before the band even played their first live show.

After rounding out a full set of original material the band set out to unleash their live show. Real Mother's first show was November 4th 2000. They shared an overwhelmingly packed house with friends Dr.X. The reaction was immediately felt by the band. All of the new fire these four musicians had been feeling for the new material seemed to find it's way to the stage. Real Mother has played several shows following their debut with a continually growing crowd response.

2002 has brought great progress for Real Mother. Gaining the recognition of Nashville based producer Freddy Wall & The Wall Music Group they have teamed up to record their first EP titled "Secret." This much anticipated release is finally available now on and at the live shows. Look for more releases from Real Mother in the distant future and check for updates at
