The first thing I noticed about Rebecca's music is the intelligent song writing. The lyrics are not repetitive or silly, but rather mature, beautiful, insightful, and sometimes heartbreaking. Whenever Rebecca plays at The Iron Horse (Northampton, MA) she outshines anyone she shares the stage with. She steals the show everytime. Her newest cd, Miss You, is her best work yet. There is a richness and soulfulness to her voice as well as the music that accompanies her. It hasn't left my cd player yet! Go out and get Miss You and play it loud!

I have been listening to Rebecca's music since we were both students at the University of Hartford. I introduced many people to her work. I have yet to meet someone not thrilled by nearly every song. I mostly buy cd's for one or two songs, but when I buy her cd's I am buying it for nearly every song on the cd! She has an incredible voice and I have never understood why she isn't a superstar yet. This cd is yet another triumph of her voice and music writing abilities. I can't say enough about how much my wife and I miss those free concerts on campus or at her home. She is one of the few truly undiscovered talented gems out there. Her voice can't compete with the voices on American Idol because she would just ruin the show. You would know she was going to win day one. Trust me, she puts on a fun concert, has a stellar voice, and knows how to write music. All in all I love this cd as I have loved all her cd's. Bravo!
